Throughout the years of working out i've tried the BCAA Train + Sustain, the Essential Amino Energy and the Pre-Workout lines and I must say that flavour-wise the BCAA Train + Sustain is the best so far!
Both Raspberry & Pomegranate and Peach & Passion Fruit flavours are tasty and not overly sweet. You're supposed to mix it with 350 ml of water, but as i don't really like my drink too concentrated I usually add around 450-500 ml – makes the drink more refreshing and easy to drink.
When you first open it, the powder smells like sweet peach-flavoured candy, but when you mix it with water, it doesn't actually taste like that, which was a relief!
The BCAA in the two latter lines tastes a bit more artificial and is very sweet, which made it hard for me to drink. But compared to the BCAA Train + Sustain line these two additionally contain caffeine, which some might prefer. The BCAA Train + Sustain line doesn't contain caffeine, so keep that in mind.
To sum it up, I'm pretty content with the purchase, though I might prefer the Raspberry & Pomegranate flavour a little bit more!

Ich habe schon viele BCAAs ausprobiert, aber die von Optimum Nutrition gehören definitiv zu den besten!
✔ Exzellente Löslichkeit – kein Klumpen, keine Rückstände, einfach in Wasser einrühren und fertig.
✔ Geschmacklich top – angenehm und nicht künstlich, perfekt für vor oder nach dem Training.
✔ Spürbare Wirkung – unterstützt die Regeneration und gibt einen leichten Energie-Boost.
Einziger Nachteil: der Preis ist ziemlich hoch, aber die Qualität rechtfertigt es. Wer auf der Suche nach hochwertigen BCAAs ist, macht hier definitiv nichts falsch! 💪🔥

Ich benutze das Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard BCAA Pulver regelmäßig beim Training. Die Wirkung ist gut – ich fühle mich leistungsfähiger und die Regeneration scheint schneller zu laufen.
Der Geschmack ist in Ordnung, aber nicht besonders herausragend. Trotzdem lässt es sich gut mit Wasser oder Saft mischen und trinken.
Insgesamt ein solides Produkt, vor allem für Sportler, die ihre Muskeln unterstützen möchten.
