   I am doing regularly sports since 90s and back then there were not 1000 random brands of protein products everywhere only very few high quality conpanies mainly for bodybuilding. Olymp is the one of the oldest and best European brands (originating from Germany) known to me since the 90s when i was a teenager. This Brands is as old school as American brands like ON nutrition and Universal. Tastes old school, looks old school and ofc German quality and in accordance with European standards for food and nutrition which are higher than US in comparison. Top product and a basic to have.

   I tried a bunch of different ones – this one really went down well. The taste (I took vanilla) is just like cocoa, not cloying and without chemicals. It dissolves in water and milk perfectly, without lumps. I drink it after training – it helps to recover, the muscles do not get clogged up so much.
   Plus – it does not cause heaviness in the stomach, and this is rare. Decent protein, the composition is clean, without nonsense.
   In general, now this is my go-to protein. I recommend it!

   Die Medien konnten nicht geladen werden. Also ich habe grade die Packung bekommen und mit 1kompletten Messlöffel mir was raus genommen.
   Geil das da ein löffel mit bei ist der auch Mengenangabe mit bei hat.
   So nachdem ich nun probiert habe;
   -Geschmack mit Milch nicht zu süß, nicht zu chemisch, Design, Preis stimmt
   ABER !!! Das habe ich noch nie erlebt das da ….fast die Hälfte des Beutels leer ist.
   Wo sind da meine 700g? EsN 600g ISo kann ich bis zur Öffnung Pulver spüren …da ist halt oben Luft.

   Ich kann das Olimp Whey Protein Complex sehr empfehlen. Der Geschmack ist wirklich gut, angenehm und nicht künstlich.
   Die Löslichkeit würde ich mit 7 von 10 bewerten – das liegt aber daran, dass ich das Protein in Joghurt auflöse. Trotzdem ist es in Ordnung.
   Insgesamt bin ich sehr zufrieden mit Geschmack und Wirkung.

   Dieses Eiweiß pulver schmeckt sehr gut ,benutze es für mein Müsli oder mache mir einen Shake davon ,es sättig und hat wenig Kalorien .
